She studied at Jackson State University and completed her culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu.  Twenty-five years prior to following her culinary dream she was a customer service manager  for an airport retailer, national bank and a large utility company.

He is currently a business major at Western Governor’s University and is a graduate of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Emerging Leaders Program.  Chris also graduated from NxLevel Training at the Nevada Small Business Development Center
